When it comes to building muscle, confusion is rife. Trust me — I’ve seen it all. As a qualified personal trainer who has spent almost a decade in the health and fitness industry writing about trends and the science — I know just how overwhelming it can be to separate fact from fiction.
How does muscle growth actually work? Is it really as simple as lifting weights and drinking a protein shake? And what’s the deal with all these genetics-based arguments? These questions — and the myths surrounding them — are exactly what I’d like to help demystify.
