Update: I’m on Substack!

Hi friends!

I’ve been writing on Medium for a couple of years, sporadically. But I’m grateful to have more than 5,000 of you following my work.

If you’re new here, hi. Thanks for being here! I write about topics relating to health, wellness, self-improvement, psychology, philosophy, and anthropology. Background-wise, I have a bachelor’s in anthropology and a master’s in nutrition and public health — so hopefully that makes sense!

I’ll continue to write on Medium, but I’m diversifying and also joining Substack. I’m keeping my Substack 100% free for the time being — and if you sub now, you’ll never pay.

The reason: I’m in the very early stages of planning my next book. While I published my first book without an agent or through a traditional publishing house, my goal for the next book is a bit different. And apparently—or so I’ve been told—a Substack presence is the way to do that.
