14% BF for women is dangerous and causes serious fertility issues, amongst other things. This is well-established in research. This article promotes unhealthy body standards.
For any women reading — please don’t live your life attempting to reach 14% BF if you want to be healthy and happy. Unless you’re an elite athlete with a singular priority in fitness; this goal is a sure-fire way to cause damage to your mental and physical health.
Also please ignore the advice of anyone who isn’t a dietitian ;)
